Dr Adrienne Sprouse just sent me this interview on Lyme disease that I did when I was a speaker at the American Academy of Environmental Medicine's 2013 annual scientific conference. The AAEM's 2014 conference is being held this year in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the organization is an excellent resource for patients and health care providers who want the most up to date information on how environmental toxins affect our health. Many of my Lyme-MSIDS patients test positive for environmental chemicals like heavy metals and mold toxins, and these can adversely impact the course of treatment of some patients.
