A newly published scientific study showed that tetracycline antibiotics have been shown to be effective in schizophrenia, yet infections were not mentioned as a possible contributing etiology. I discuss in Psychology Today the protean psychological/psychiatric manifestations of Lyme and co-infections, and how they can mimic a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
