The subtitle of this article is misleading...Dr. Clark did not actually discover the two Lyme Borrelia species he found in humans, they were previously discovered and named by other researchers including one species found by Georgia's own Dr. Jim Oliver with Czech collaborators including Dr. Natasha Rudenko. Dr. Clark was first to report finding them in symptomatic HUMANS, another very important finding).
