How
would African relapsing fever Borrelia germs get to Britain? Easy
peasy. Live and thrive inside a tick. The tick clings onto a cuckoo,
or a dove, which flies thousands of miles, stops for a rest in the
British Isles, then carries on to Scandinavia. The health authorities
don't test for relapsing fever, only for Lyme type borrelia. Why not?
There is no logical answer.
