"He also noted that a study in Delaware Gap National Recreation Area in northeastern Pennsylvania found 63 percent of ticks infected with Lyme, a 2011 study saw substantial improvement in 80 percent of chronic fatigue patients when they were treated for persistent Lyme disease, another study found a 22-point drop in the IQ of children infected with Lyme disease, and several studies have connected Lyme disease with autistic spectrum disorder.
"It is beyond crazy how many people have Lyme, yet the severity is downplayed and even questioned," he noted."
