SEND US FOOTAGE!
WORLDWIDE LYME PROTEST VIDEO CONTEST
We are officially underway with an update to our award-winning documentary UNDER OUR SKIN, and we need your help!
In our continued effort to illuminate issues that Lyme sufferers face worldwide, we are eager to invite you to join us by sending in your own May 2013 Lyme protest footage and contributing to our update!
Activists around the globe will be engaging in protests and awareness campaigns this May during Lyme Disease Awareness Month. We turn now to you, as audience and advocate, to capture footage from protests in your hometown. More information regarding Lyme Disease protests in the U.S. can be found here. International protest information can be found here.
Every one of us has a story to tell. Please note that we are limited in our abilities to share personal stories in our update and ask that submissions be limited to footage from Lyme rallies and protests. Specifically, we are seeking video which includes master shots of events, as well as close-up shots of individuals, details and/or protest signs. We are really looking for footage that gives us a sense of the specific place and the people.
Please be sure to review details regarding footage requirements and submissions below.
The winner of our footage submission contest will receive the UNDER OUR SKIN FUNDRAISING PACKAGE complete with 1 Community Use DVD, 10 Home Use DVDs, a fundraising kit and signed poster! (This is a value of $199!)
All participants whose work is selected will be credited in the film update.
General questions regarding the footage contest can be sent to us directly at: info@openeyepictures.com.
Technical questions should be directed to steve@openeyepictures.com.
Final submission deadline is May 31, 2013.
Thank you all for your continued support. We are thrilled to have you on board in capturing these unprecedented Lyme awareness protests worldwide. We look forward to viewing your exciting footage soon!
