"The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star's ongoing battle with Lyme disease has proven to be one of the most difficult challenges she's ever faced, but she's not backing down from the fight.
'No matter how much it hurts, you have to keep going,' she captioned a photo of her looking ill with an IV in her arm Saturday.
Foster also added that 'we must find a cure' for the disease transmitted to humans through the bite of infected blacklegged ticks. Symptoms include fever, headache, fatigue and a skin rash called erythema migrans, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. If left untreated, infection can spread to joints, the heart and the nervous system."
