From Dr Horowitz - The IDSA guidelines for Lyme disease diagnosis and
treatment have lapsed and been removed from the National Guidelines
Clearinghouse. Advocates are now asking the CDC to remove these
guidelines from all publications. New guidelines will surely be coming
(I submitted a CV, asking to be on the IDSA guidelines committee, but
never heard back). The question now is, will insurers temporarily only
use the updated published guidelines from ILADS?
