Lyme borreliosis patients who have live spirochetes in body fluids have low or negative levels of borrelial antibodies in their sera

Just another paper on diagnostic tests - I think there are multiple studies from across Europe saying similar things - but our brilliant scientists at Porton Down deliberately disregard all this evidence:
