"As with many suffering from Lyme Disease, Walker experienced a number of diagnoses, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Bell’s palsy, fibromyalgia, brain cancer, and even psychosomatic ailments. Although he was tested for Lyme Disease, at the time, it was not detected. Eventually Jeremy gave up on a diagnosis and instead focused on managing his symptoms through acupuncture, acupressure, diet, and exercise. His mobility increased, and he began to seriously study piano, performing on that instrument in his Small City Trio, Box Car and Boot Camp. In 2012, when his symptoms worsened, Walker was again tested and finally diagnosed with late stage Lyme Disease in March 2013."
