For the first time ever, I was looking through some old photos and made a collage comparing how I looked the year before I got ill and then the year I got ill. I knew I looked bad but this was a positive reminder for me of how far I have come (and of course, photos were only taken when I looked 'my best'; I have very few photos from that time).
