Lyme Denial Disease in the Medical Profession.
Ernie Murakami. We the Medical Profession are to blame for the Divide in our Profession and the patients suffer as a consequence. Sharing our knowledge about any disease is our responsibility to society and we do this with any other diseases and why is there a difference with Lyme disease. The delay in the diagnosis and treatment results in the complications which has made the treatment more difficult and the cure becomes impossible with increased morbidity.. One of the findings reported by the WHO is that in Canada we have the absolute highest incidence of Multiple Sclerosis in the World.(240/100,000) and the absolute lowest incidence of Lyme disease(0,1/100,000), The statistic on these two diseases indicate that we are misdiagnosing Lyme disease and treating them with medications that are contraindicated in infections. Dr. Pat McGeer and Dr. Judith Milossy et. al. have done post -mortem on Alzheimer patients and were able to grow live spirochetes from brain tissue. What other diseases are we using to hide the so called Lyme denial disease in our country??
