JHRS ONLY OCCUR IN THE CONTEXT OF INFECTIONS WITH SPECIFIC ORGANISMS, SUCH AS THE SPIROCHETE THAT CAUSES SYPHILIS, WITH BORRELIA SPECIES, WITH THE ORGANISM THAT CAUSES WHIPPLE’S DISEASE, AND SO FORTH.
