Lyme disease is transmitted to humans through the bite of infected black-legged deer ticks, and can cause fever, headache, fatigue, and infect joints and the nervous system. While reports of the disease are uncommon here, some experts believe that is because it is often misdiagnosed.
Join us Thursday morning August 23 at 9:20, as we take a look at Lyme disease. Impact Cincinnati, on 91-7, WVXU. If you have questions for our panel, you can email them to impact@wvxu.org.
